My weird dream

I had a weird dream.

I dreamed I won the lottery. And with the money, I bought the small radio station where I started my career. After the sale was final, I walked in and called all the employees together and announced that I was doubling all of their salaries.

They cheered me heartily.

I returned for another visit the next day and once again called all the employees together. This time, I told them they were all fired.

I was met with howls of confusion. "Why would you double our salaries one day and fire us the next?" they asked.

"Oh," I replied, "I wanted you to be losing a better job."

I awoke, thinking that soon karma will come and beat me about the head and neck with a blunt object.
